GIVING GOD TIME TO WORK!

An hour glass speaks of waiting. The red sand reminds us of Jesus' blood that was shed. Let's expectantly wait while the Savior makes our situations beautiful in His time.

The first six months of 2019 are finished. July 1, 2019 marked the first day of the second half of the year.

Many of the prayers, hopes, and goals that we set at the beginning of the year have not happened yet. It's easy to be discouraged and doubt whether things will ever happen. It's at times like this when it is most important for us to remember that God does not operate on our time; but His timing is perfect. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, He makes everything beautiful in its time.” Whatever you're waiting for God to do, take comfort and know that He hasn't forgotten you. He's just waiting on the right time to make your situation beautiful.

In the meantime, focus on the things that God has done and the areas where He has already answered prayers. It will give you the boost you need to hang in there. Lamentations 3:21 says, "this I recall to my mind therefore I have hope."
